This makes it a better choice for task lighting, reading, or accent lighting where you want to direct light to a specific area rather than fill a room with ambient light. The shade also reduces glare significantly compared to open-cage or bare-bulb versions. For the sharpest, most defined light beam, use a bare filament LED (E27, 2700K, 4–6W); for a softer effect, use a frosted warm white LED. The E27 socket is not compatible with E14 bulbs. Compatible with smart plugs, timers, and dimmer modules. Freestanding and easy to reposition.
