The XS Loft is the most raw and authentic version in the compact cinema series: unfinished metal, exposed construction, and hand-assembled build give each piece a slightly individual character that mass-produced lamps cannot replicate. The unfinished metal will develop a natural patina over time in dry indoor conditions — this is part of the loft aesthetic rather than a defect. At compact XS height, it sits at low-furniture level, making it effective beside a low sofa, in a tight corner, or as a low accent light in a loft or open-plan space where the raw materials read well against exposed brick, concrete, or reclaimed wood. The E27 socket accepts most standard bulbs; for the strongest loft effect, use a warm filament LED (2700K, 4–6W) which plays off the unfinished metal beautifully. The lamp is hardwired, so a qualified electrician is required for installation. IP20 means strictly dry indoor use. No built-in dimmer; dimmability depends on the bulb and any external dimmer switch used.

Best suited to loft apartments, open-plan living rooms, and industrial-style spaces where the raw materials are a feature rather than a compromise.
